Do 1 marca 2012 r. można przesyłać e-mailem swoje rysunki satyryczne na konkurs rysunku satyrycznego organizowany w Macedonii.

Are the cartoonists free thinkers - critics who may have and to express their opinions of "hot" topics which would be contrary to the position of political elites in their countries?

The idea for the theme of this ehibition (contest) is initiated by Greece's objection to the name (identity) of the Republic of Macedonia.
As it is saying "a hundred attacks of alien back do not hurt you", but one attack of your back even as hurt".Well, if you (your country)would be in such condition what is the opinion of cartoonists as part of the intellectual public faced with such a problem (or any external pressure for change forced out of democratic principles and the right of personal choice and self-identification of countries - nations?)
Although, initially, you will certainly think (this especially for cartonists from EU countries) that is not possible such a thing happen to them (why?), then why the political elites of these countries sets and maintains such irrational request?
In this context,as information, here is the Judgement of the International Court of Justice in the Hague in favor of Macedonia as a plaintiff against Greece.
Cartoonists are still independent enough to say their opinion and although does not coincide with the attitude of politicians in particular for such irrational problem. Or, we are wrong?
TOPIC: HOW AND WHAT to request from the outside "CHANGE THE NAME OF YOUR COUNTRY ...." (identity, language, culture ....) (or before any external pressure for change forced out of democratic principles and international law and the right of personal choice and self-identification of countries - nations?)
- (Or, simply ,say (draw) your opinion of this , for many, irrational problem: Greece's objection to the name (identity) of the Republic of Macedonia.)

Copyright of the works belong to the authors, and the organizer has the right to use cartoons to promote competition and publication of the catalog-book free of charge to authors.
Although the announcement of the manifestacion is as exhibition , we will seek to ensure the sponsors to award of special prizes.
